We are a licensed Nassau County Department of Health Summer Camp
Our camp hours are 8:00-5:00 pm. Arrival begins at 7:40 AM and dismissal ends at 5:10pm.
Extended Hours- There is no pre-registration for extended hours. All accounts will be billed for service used if camper is in attendance during those hours.
All campers must be signed in and out by authorized adult. The daily fee for early arrival is $10 and the daily fee for late dismissal is $10. Transportation is not provided during Extended Hours Care.

At Camp C.L.O.U.D., we believe in nourishing both mind and body. As a proud vendor of the Department of Health Child and Adult Care Food Program, we provide every camper with fresh, nutritious catered meals at no additional cost. While campers are welcome to bring their own lunch from home, our carefully planned meals ensure that every child has access to the energy they need for a day full of discovery and fun.
Stay Hydrated, Stay Happy!
We care about our campers’ well-being and our environment. Bring a reusable water bottle to enjoy unlimited refills from our filtered water stations throughout the day. This simple practice keeps our campers hydrated and healthy while teaching environmental responsibility—just one more way Camp C.L.O.U.D. builds character while caring for our planet!
Afternoon Energy Boost!
Every day at 3:30 PM, we pause for a refreshing snack break. While we provide healthy snack options for all campers, children are welcome to bring their favorite treats from home. This daily recharge helps keep our young explorers energized for their afternoon activities!
Safe & Inclusive Dining at Camp C.L.O.U.D.
Your child’s safety comes first! We maintain a completely nut-free environment to protect our campers with allergies. To ensure everyone’s safety, we also have a no-glass policy throughout our facilities.
We celebrate every camper’s unique needs by accommodating all dietary preferences and restrictions. Whether your child follows a vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, or other special diet, we ensure they’ll enjoy safe, satisfying meals and snacks along with their friends.

Convenient Transportation Services
Take the stress out of your summer schedule with our reliable transportation service! We offer safe, professional transportation to and from Camp C.L.O.U.D. with two service zones:
Local Zone (within 15 miles): $50/week roundtrip
Extended Zone (beyond 15 miles): $100/week roundtrip
Our transportation service includes:
• Licensed, professional drivers
• Well-maintained vehicles
• Reliable pickup and drop-off times
• Door-to-door service
Contact us to confirm your location’s service zone and schedule your child’s transportation. Space is limited and routes are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dive into Fun with Camp C.L.O.U.D.’s Swimming Program!
Get ready for exciting swim days at Freeport Rec this summer! We’re hitting the pool on:
• July 8
• July 22

Safety First:
The safety of our campers is our top priority. Our swimming program adheres strictly to Nassau County Department of Health guidelines and includes:
• Mandatory staff in the water
• Licensed lifeguards on duty
• Buddy system with assigned buddies
• Buddy checks every 15 minutes (signaled by whistle)
What to Bring:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable swim day, please pack the following essentials:
• Completed permission slip (required for participation)
• Towel
• Change of clothes
• Swimming shoes (water socks or sandals)
Additional Information:
• Campers will be closely supervised at all times.
• Our staff will conduct thorough safety briefings before entering the pool.
• We welcome and encourage swim-appropriate attire.

Adventure Awaits: Our Weekly Field Trip Program!
Great news! Every week at Camp C.L.O.U.D. brings an exciting new adventure. Our field trips are thoughtfully planned and fully included in your camp tuition—no extra fees or surprise costs!
Essential Trip Information:
• All field trips are included in weekly tuition
• Permission slips for all trips provided at our Welcome Party (first day of camp)
• Camp t-shirt must be worn on trip days
• Each trip requires its own signed permission slip from parent/guardian
Important Policy Notes:
Because we pre-arrange and pre-pay for all trips to secure the best experiences for our campers, we maintain a no-refund policy for missed trips. This includes absences for any reason, as our commitments to venues and transportation providers are made in advance.

The 2025 camp season is Monday, June 30th to Friday, August 22nd. Camp is closed on Friday, July 4, 2025 in observance of Independence Day.

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the structure needed to operate camp effectively.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least one week prior to the start of the registered camp week.
Refunds will not be granted once a session has begun, regardless of attendance.
No refunds or credits will be issued if a child does not attend camp for any reason, including illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal.
All refund requests must be submitted via email to programs@tobringmore.org or in person at the camp office.
This policy helps us plan staff, supplies, and programming to provide the best experience for all campers.

Important Payment Reminders for Camp C.L.O.U.D.
To help us ensure a well-planned and staffed camp experience for every child, we kindly request timely payments.
What You Need to Know:
• Payment Due Date: Sundays, two weeks prior to the start of each camp week.
• Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts with payments not received by the due date.
• Non-Payment Policy: If payment (including the late fee) is not received by Wednesday of the camp week, your child may not be able to attend camp until the balance is paid in full.
How to Avoid Late Fees:
• Set up automatic payments through our app or website.
• Mark payment deadlines on your calendar.
• Contact our office if you anticipate any payment challenges—we’re here to help!
